MyHr ilovasida ma’lumotlaringiz qanday himoyalanadi

Ushbu hujjat MyHr mobil ilovasi qanday ma’lumotlarni yig‘ishi, ularni nima uchun ishlatishi va qanday o‘chirishingiz mumkinligini tushuntiradi.

1.Ilova nima qiladi

MyHr — tashkilotlar uchun xodimlar davomatini nazorat qilish ilovasi. Xodim ishga kelganda va ketganda yuzini kameraga ko‘rsatib, joylashuvi ish joyiga mos kelishini tasdiqlaydi. Rahbar esa davomat, ish soatlari va so‘rovlarni kuzatadi.

Ilovadan faqat ish beruvchi tashkilot tomonidan ro‘yxatdan o‘tkazilgan xodimlar foydalanadi. Ochiq ro‘yxatdan o‘tish yo‘q.

Joylashuv haqida alohida

iOS’da joylashuv faqat ilova ochiq bo‘lganda o‘qiladi. Ilova yopilganda yoki fonda turganda joylashuvingiz kuzatilmaydi.
Android’da ish beruvchi so‘rasa, ish vaqtida fonda ham o‘qilishi mumkin — bunda telefon ekranida doimiy bildirishnoma turadi, ya’ni kuzatuv yashirin emas.
Joylashuv ish vaqtidan tashqarida yig‘ilmaydi.
Ruxsatni istalgan vaqt telefon sozlamalaridan o‘chirishingiz mumkin. Bunda ishga kelishni belgilash ishlamay qoladi.

Yuz tasviri haqida

Rasm faqat davomatni tasdiqlash uchun saqlanadi va ish beruvchingizning hisobiga bog‘lanadi. Rasm reklama uchun ishlatilmaydi, uchinchi shaxslarga sotilmaydi va boshqa tashkilotlarga berilmaydi.

Har check-in va check-out’da yuborilgan rasm sizni tanib olish uchun ro‘yxatdan o‘tishda saqlangan yuz tasviringiz bilan avtomatik solishtiriladi. Shu sababli yuz tasviri biometrik ma’lumot hisoblanadi va biz uni alohida himoya qilamiz: u faqat davomat tekshiruvida ishlatiladi, boshqa maqsadda (reklama, profillash, uchinchi tomonga uzatish) qo‘llanilmaydi. Hisobingizni o‘chirganingizda yuz tasvirlaringiz ham o‘chiriladi.

Rozilik va uni qaytarib olish

Rozilik qanday beriladi. Yuz ma’lumoti faqat siz ro‘yxatdan o‘tishda o‘z rasmingizni olganingizdan keyin yig‘iladi. Bu qadamni bajarmasangiz, yuz ma’lumoti umuman yaratilmaydi.

Rozilikni qanday qaytarib olasiz. Istalgan vaqtda, quyidagi yo‘llardan biri bilan:

Ilovadan hisobni o‘chirish — Sozlamalar → Hisobni o‘chirish. Yuz tasviringiz va deskriptoringiz darhol o‘chiriladi. Hech kimning ruxsati kerak emas.
Ish beruvchingizdan (rahbar yoki HR) hisobingizni o‘chirishni so‘rash — natija bir xil.
Bizga yozish: alochirobotai@gmail.com. 30 kun ichida o‘chiramiz va tasdiqlab javob beramiz.
Kamera ruxsatini olib tashlash — telefon sozlamalaridan. Yangi rasm olinmaydi; mavjud ma’lumot yuqoridagi uch yo‘ldan biri bilan o‘chiriladi.

Rozilikni qaytarib olsangiz, yuz orqali ishga kelishni belgilash ishlamay qoladi — ma’lumot faqat shu maqsadda ishlatiladi.

Uchinchi tomonlar. Yuz ma’lumotini hech kimga bermaymiz. Agar kelajakda bu o‘zgarsa, avval sizdan rozilik so‘raymiz va ma’lumotni oluvchi tomon uni shu siyosatdagi darajada himoya qilishga shartnoma bilan majbur bo‘ladi.

3.Ma’lumotni kim ko‘radi

Ish beruvchingiz (rahbar/administrator) — davomat, ish soatlari, joylashuv holati va so‘rovlaringizni ko‘radi. Bu ilovaning asosiy vazifasi.
Boshqa tashkilotlar sizning ma’lumotingizni ko‘ra olmaydi — har bir tashkilot ma’lumoti alohida ajratilgan.
Boshqa xodimlar sizning shaxsiy yozuvlaringizni ko‘rmaydi.

4.Uchinchi tomon xizmatlari

Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — push bildirishnoma yetkazish uchun. Unga faqat qurilma tokeni va xabar matni uzatiladi.
Serverimiz — ma’lumotlar myhr-backend.duckdns.org manzilidagi himoyalangan serverda saqlanadi.

Biz ma’lumotlaringizni sotmaymiz, reklama tarmoqlariga bermaymiz va ilovalararo kuzatuv (tracking) olib bormaymiz.

5.Xavfsizlik

Barcha aloqa HTTPS orqali shifrlanadi.
Parollar serverda ochiq holda saqlanmaydi.
Kirish tokeni telefonda himoyalangan xotirada (Keychain / Keystore) saqlanadi.
Soxta GPS (mock location) aniqlanadi va belgilanadi.

6.Ma’lumot qancha saqlanadi

Ma’lumotlar siz tashkilotda ishlagan davr mobaynida saqlanadi. Ish beruvchi hisobingizni o‘chirsa yoki siz o‘zingiz o‘chirsangiz, ma’lumotlar arxivga o‘tadi va qonun talab qilmagan holda o‘chiriladi.

7.Hisobingizni o‘chirish

Hisobingizni ilovaning o‘zidan o‘chira olasiz:

Sozlamalar → Hisobni o‘chirish → tasdiqlash

Bunda hisobingiz, yuz tasvirlaringiz va joylashuv yozuvlaringiz o‘chiriladi. Amal qaytarilmaydi. Qonun bo‘yicha saqlanishi shart bo‘lgan ish hujjatlari (masalan, maosh yozuvlari) ish beruvchida qolishi mumkin.

8.Sizning huquqlaringiz

O‘zingiz haqingizdagi ma’lumotni ko‘rish;
Xato ma’lumotni to‘g‘rilashni so‘rash;
Ma’lumotni o‘chirishni so‘rash;
Kamera yoki joylashuv ruxsatini qaytarib olish.

Bu huquqlardan foydalanish uchun quyidagi manzilga yozing yoki ish beruvchingizga murojaat qiling.

9.Bolalar

Ilova 18 yoshdan katta ishlayotgan shaxslar uchun mo‘ljallangan. Biz bolalardan ataylab ma’lumot yig‘maymiz.

10.O‘zgarishlar

Siyosat o‘zgarsa, ushbu sahifadagi «Oxirgi tahrir» sanasi yangilanadi. Muhim o‘zgarishlar haqida ilova orqali xabar beramiz.

Как защищены ваши данные в приложении MyHr

Этот документ объясняет, какие данные собирает мобильное приложение MyHr, зачем они используются и как их удалить.

1.Что делает приложение

MyHr — приложение для учёта рабочего времени сотрудников. При приходе и уходе сотрудник подтверждает личность через камеру, а приложение проверяет, что он находится на рабочем месте. Руководитель видит посещаемость, отработанные часы и заявки.

Приложением пользуются только сотрудники, зарегистрированные работодателем. Открытой регистрации нет.

2.Какие данные собираются

Отдельно о местоположении

На iOS местоположение считывается только когда приложение открыто. В фоне слежение не ведётся.
На Android по требованию работодателя возможно чтение в рабочее время в фоне — при этом на экране постоянно висит уведомление, то есть слежение не скрытое.
Вне рабочего времени местоположение не собирается.
Разрешение можно отозвать в настройках телефона в любой момент — тогда отметка о приходе работать не будет.

Об изображении лица

Фото хранится исключительно для подтверждения посещаемости и привязано к учётной записи вашего работодателя. Оно не используется в рекламе, не продаётся и не передаётся другим организациям.

При каждой отметке прихода и ухода отправленное фото автоматически сравнивается с изображением лица, сохранённым при регистрации, чтобы распознать вас. Поэтому изображение лица является биометрическими данными, и мы защищаем его отдельно: оно используется только для проверки посещаемости и не применяется для других целей (реклама, профилирование, передача третьим лицам). При удалении учётной записи изображения лица также удаляются.

Согласие и его отзыв

Как даётся согласие. Данные лица собираются только после того, как вы сами сделаете своё фото при регистрации. Без этого шага данные лица не создаются.

Как отозвать согласие. В любой момент, любым из способов:

Удалить учётную запись в приложении — Настройки → Удаление аккаунта. Изображение лица и дескриптор удаляются сразу, ничьё одобрение не требуется.
Попросить работодателя (руководителя или HR) удалить вашу запись — результат тот же.
Написать нам: alochirobotai@gmail.com. Удалим и подтвердим по электронной почте в течение 30 дней.
Отозвать доступ к камере в настройках телефона. Новые снимки сделать нельзя; имеющиеся данные удаляются одним из трёх способов выше.

После отзыва согласия отметка прихода и ухода по лицу работать не будет — данные используются только для этого.

Третьи лица. Мы не передаём данные лица никому. Если это когда-либо изменится, мы сначала запросим ваше согласие, а получающая сторона будет обязана по договору защищать их на том же уровне, что описан в этой политике.

3.Кто видит данные

Ваш работодатель (руководитель/администратор) — видит посещаемость, часы, статус местоположения и заявки. Это основное назначение приложения.
Другие организации ваши данные видеть не могут — данные каждой компании изолированы.
Другие сотрудники не видят ваши личные записи.

4.Сторонние сервисы

Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — доставка push-уведомлений. Передаются только токен устройства и текст уведомления.
Наш сервер — данные хранятся на защищённом сервере myhr-backend.duckdns.org.

Мы не продаём ваши данные, не передаём их рекламным сетям и не ведём межприложенческое отслеживание (tracking).

5.Безопасность

Весь обмен данными шифруется по HTTPS.
Пароли не хранятся на сервере в открытом виде.
Токен доступа хранится в защищённом хранилище телефона (Keychain / Keystore).
Поддельная геолокация (mock location) обнаруживается и помечается.

6.Срок хранения

Данные хранятся в течение периода вашей работы в организации. После удаления учётной записи работодателем или вами данные перемещаются в архив и удаляются, если закон не требует их хранения.

7.Удаление учётной записи

Вы можете удалить учётную запись прямо в приложении:

Настройки → Удалить аккаунт → подтверждение

Будут удалены ваша учётная запись, изображения лица и записи о местоположении. Действие необратимо. Рабочие документы, хранение которых требует закон (например, записи о зарплате), могут остаться у работодателя.

8.Ваши права

Получить сведения о собранных данных;
Потребовать исправления неверных данных;
Потребовать удаления данных;
Отозвать разрешение на камеру или геолокацию.

Для реализации этих прав напишите на адрес ниже или обратитесь к своему работодателю.

9.Дети

Приложение предназначено для работающих лиц старше 18 лет. Мы не собираем данные детей намеренно.

10.Изменения

При изменении политики обновляется дата «Последнее изменение» на этой странице. О существенных изменениях мы уведомим через приложение.

How your data is protected in the MyHr app

This document explains what data the MyHr mobile app collects, why it is used, how long it is kept and how to delete it.

1.What the app does

MyHr is a workforce attendance app for companies. An employee shows their face to the camera when arriving at and leaving work, which confirms their identity, and their location confirms they are at the workplace. Managers see attendance, working hours and requests.

2.What data is collected

2.1 Face data (biometric information)

What is collected. Two things. First, a face photograph captured once during registration, stored as a JPEG image together with a smaller thumbnail. Second, a face descriptor — a mathematical vector derived from that photograph, which is what the system actually compares against. Both are linked to the employee record.

The photo taken at clock-in is not kept. Each time you clock in or out, the app sends a photo to our server. It is compared against your registered face descriptor, and the file is deleted from the server immediately after the comparison. It is never stored with the attendance record, and the attendance record contains no image.

How it is used. Solely to verify that the person clocking in is the employee the account belongs to. Face data is never used for advertising, profiling, tracking, training any model, or for any purpose other than attendance verification.

Sharing. Face data is never shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party. No third-party face recognition, biometric or AI service is involved — the comparison is performed on our own server. Face data is not transferred to Google Firebase or to any other external provider.

Where it is stored. On our own dedicated server located in a Hetzner data centre in Falkenstein, Germany (European Union). All transmission is encrypted with HTTPS. Each company's data is isolated from every other company's.

How long it is kept. For as long as your account is active — that is, for the duration of your employment with the organisation that registered you. There is no separate retention period beyond that.

Deletion. When your account is deleted — either by you from inside the app, or by your employer — your face photograph and thumbnail are erased from the server's storage and the face descriptor is removed from the database. This happens as part of the deletion itself and cannot be undone.

2.2 Consent, and how to withdraw it

How consent is given. Face data is collected only after you actively take your own photograph during registration. If you do not complete that step, no face data is created and no clock-in is possible.

How to withdraw consent. You may withdraw your consent to the collection and use of your face data at any time, in any of these ways:

Delete your account in the app — Settings → Delete Account. This erases your face photograph and face descriptor immediately, as described in section 2.1. This is the fastest route and needs nobody's approval.
Ask your employer (manager or HR) to delete your employee record. The same erasure is performed.
Write to us at alochirobotai@gmail.com. We erase your face data and confirm by e-mail within 30 days.
Revoke the camera permission in your phone settings. No new face images can then be captured. Existing face data is removed by one of the three routes above.

Withdrawing consent means you can no longer clock in or out with face verification, because that is the only purpose the data serves.

Third parties. We do not share face data with any third party. Should that ever change, we would first obtain your consent, and any third party receiving face data would be contractually required to protect it to the same standard as set out in this policy.

2.3 About location

On iOS, location is read only while the app is open. Your location is not tracked when the app is closed or in the background.
On Android, if the employer requires it, location may also be read in the background during working hours — in that case a permanent notification is shown on the phone, so the tracking is never hidden.
Location is not collected outside working hours.
You can revoke the permission at any time in your phone settings. Clock-in will then stop working.

3.Who can see your data

Your employer (manager/administrator) sees your attendance, working hours, location status and requests. This is the core purpose of the app.
Other organisations cannot see your data — each organisation's data is isolated.
Other employees cannot see your personal records.

4.Third-party services

Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — to deliver push notifications. Only the device token and the message text are passed to it. No face data, no location and no personal records are sent to Firebase.
Our own server — data is stored on a secured server reachable at myhr-backend.duckdns.org, physically located in Falkenstein, Germany.
OpenStreetMap — public map tiles used only to draw the map showing branch locations.

We do not sell your data, do not pass it to advertising networks, and do not perform cross-app tracking. The app contains no advertising SDK and no analytics SDK.

5.Security

All communication is encrypted with HTTPS.
Passwords are never stored in plain text on the server.
The access token is kept in protected storage on the phone (Keychain / Keystore).
Falsified GPS (mock location) is detected and flagged.

6.How long data is kept

Data is kept for the period you work at the organisation. If your employer deletes your account, or you delete it yourself, your face photograph and face descriptor are erased as described in section 2.1, and the remaining records are archived and deleted unless the law requires them to be kept.

7.Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app:

Settings → Delete Account → confirm

This deletes your account, your face photograph, your face descriptor and your location records. The action cannot be undone. Employment documents that must be retained by law (for example payroll records) may remain with your employer.

8.Your rights

Access the data held about you;
Request correction of incorrect data;
Request deletion of your data;
Withdraw camera or location permission.

To exercise these rights, write to the address below or contact your employer.

9.Children

The app is intended for working people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10.Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date on this page is updated. We announce significant changes through the app.
